REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all customers who book services through travelbirbilling.com.
Cancelation Policy:-
25 days prior to travel date: Full refund.
10 to 25 days : — half refund of Package cost
10 days onwards: No refund.
Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancellations must be requested through our registered email or official contact number provided on the Website.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of accepting the cancellation.
Cancellation by Company
- If a booking is cancelled by the Company due to weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns, customers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling for an alternative date (subject to availability)
No Show Policy
If the customer fails to show up on the scheduled date and time without prior intimation, the booking amount is non-refundable.
Payment Refund Method
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment used during booking. Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account.
